Not your average Texas historical marker, the three by five foot Corpus Christi 1861-1865 Marker is much larger and more ornate than the average historical marker!
Nueces County Historical Commission members Bill Halveka and Chairperson Anita Eisenhauer refurbished the marker for dedication and placement in the patio area of the Water Street Oyster Bar and Seafood Company.
